Using this portal

This portal is provided to Hex Operating, LLC on the AnthroSafe platform, operated by SLP Alaska, LLC. By signing in you agree to these terms and to Hex Operating, LLC's own safety rules and policies.

Your account

Use only your own account. Keep your password and sign-in codes private. Tell your administrator right away if you think someone else used your account.

Entering records

Enter information that is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, and do not upload unrelated personal or offensive content.

Records you enter belong to Hex Operating, LLC. Hex Operating, LLC may review, keep, correct, and share them as part of its safety program.

The portal is a tool, not a substitute for judgment

Checklists, scores, calculations, and reminders help you work safely. They do not replace training, site rules, manufacturer instructions, the law, or a competent person on site. If something is unsafe, stop the work.

Acceptable use

Do not try to get into records or areas you are not authorized for, interfere with the portal, copy its software, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability

We work to keep the portal available, including offline saving on your device, but service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Keep paper backups where your site rules require them.

Ownership

The AnthroSafe software, design, and name belong to SLP Alaska, LLC. Your company keeps ownership of its records.

Liability

The terms of the agreement between Hex Operating, LLC and SLP Alaska, LLC govern warranties and liability. To the extent the law allows, the portal is provided as is to individual users.

Ending access

Hex Operating, LLC or SLP Alaska, LLC may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or is no longer needed.
