Who runs this portal

This safety portal is provided to Hex Operating, LLC and its workers on the AnthroSafe platform. AnthroSafe is operated by SLP Alaska, LLC. Hex Operating, LLC decides who gets an account and what records are kept. SLP Alaska, LLC hosts and maintains the software for Hex Operating, LLC.

What we collect

Account details: your name, work email, phone number, job title, and the company and crew you work with.

Safety records you enter: forms, inspections, permits, observations, incident and investigation reports, training and competency results, and the photos, signatures, and locations you attach.

Qualification records your employer keeps, such as certifications, licenses, and fit-for-duty information. Medical and other sensitive details are limited to a small number of authorized administrators.

Basic technical data: device and browser type, sign-in times, and error logs, used to keep the portal secure and working.

How it is used

To run Hex Operating, LLC's safety program: record work, track corrective actions, schedule training, produce reports, and meet safety and regulatory duties.

To send notices you need, such as reminders, assignments, and sign-in codes.

To keep the portal secure, fix problems, and improve how it works.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

People at Hex Operating, LLC with the right role can see records for their work. Administrators can see more. Records may be shared with a customer, operator, or regulator when Hex Operating, LLC chooses to share them or the law requires it.

Service providers that host data, send email, or store files handle it only to run the portal and under confidentiality duties.

Offline use on your device

Forms and photos you complete without a signal are saved on your device until they upload. Sign out and clear the app on shared devices.

How long it is kept

Safety records are kept as long as Hex Operating, LLC needs them for its program and for legal or regulatory record periods. Ask Hex Operating, LLC if you want a record corrected or removed; some records must be kept by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and changes to key records are logged. No system is perfectly secure, so report anything that looks wrong right away.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your information. Start with your supervisor or Hex Operating, LLC's portal administrator. You can also contact SLP Alaska, LLC at brian@slpalaska.com.

Changes

If this notice changes in a meaningful way, the portal will show the new date at the top of this page.
